At Aetheris, we aim to deliver your order reliably and without unnecessary complexity. Below you’ll find details on our shipping options, estimated delivery times, and responsibilities.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
During peak periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping availability, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your delivery destination. All orders are shipped using a tracked service.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates may change from time to time and will be confirmed at checkout before you place your order.
Current standard rates are:
United Kingdom
- Standard Tracked Delivery — Free on orders over £60 — estimated delivery within 2–3 business days
- Standard Tracked Delivery — £3.65 — estimated delivery within 2–3 business days
- Express Tracked Delivery — £4.65 — estimated delivery within 1–2 business days
Europe
- Europe Tracked Delivery — Free on orders over €80 — estimated delivery within 3–5 business days
- Europe Tracked Delivery — €9.99 — estimated delivery within 3–5 business days
International
- International Tracked Delivery — £14.99 — estimated delivery within 4–7 business days
Worldwide
- Worldwide Tracked Delivery — £19.99 — estimated delivery within 5–10 business days
Shipping zones are determined at checkout based on the delivery destination.
We may add, remove, or restrict shipping destinations from time to time.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided as guidance only. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any related clearance fees may apply when your order reaches the destination country.
Aetheris ships to customers worldwide on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fee at checkout.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Aetheris does not cover or reimburse customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
If an order is refused due to unpaid customs charges and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, or other costs incurred from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

Delivery Responsibility
We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to take possession of it.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@aetherisofficial.com and we will investigate with the courier.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask you to confirm your delivery details and check any safe places, neighbours, reception desks, parcel lockers, or building management before opening an investigation with the courier.
Claims for missing parcels may be subject to courier investigation procedures and delivery confirmation records.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and delivery details are complete and accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the order to be resent.
If an undeliverable order is returned to us and you no longer wish to receive the order, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any other costs incurred from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in more than one parcel. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Returns & Refunds
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless local law states otherwise.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us before returning the item. Where applicable, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
