Refund policy

At Aetheris International Ltd, we design products to be worn with intent. If something isn't right, we aim to keep the returns process clear, fair and straightforward.

Our 30-day returns promise: We offer a 30-day returns promise for eligible items, starting from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify, items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required. You may try items on indoors for fit, but they must not be worn for training, washed, altered or damaged.

Items sent back without first contacting us may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender (where allowed by law). This contact-first step is operational only and does not affect any statutory right you may have under consumer law.

Return shipping: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping (unless we state otherwise or local law requires otherwise). We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. Until we receive the parcel, it remains your responsibility.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will bear the reasonable cost of return shipping or reimburse reasonable postage, as applicable.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted or refunded.

Statutory cancellation rights (UK/EU only): If you are a consumer in the UK or EU and bought from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us (e.g. by email) within that 14-day period. Once you tell us, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

If you cancel under this statutory right, we will refund the price you paid for the goods plus the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order. (If you paid for a premium delivery, we only refund the standard delivery cost.) Refunds are made to your original payment method (unless agreed otherwise) and no fee will be charged. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of dispatch.

If you handle the goods more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct for any diminished value, where applicable. Your statutory cancellation right is separate from, and in addition to, our 30-day returns promise.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement first. However, nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer law (such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the situation). For valid faulty-item claims, we will bear the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Non-returnable items and exclusions: The following are NOT eligible for our voluntary 30-day returns promise:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Items expressly marked final sale
  • Goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once any hygiene seal, liner or protective packaging is removed, broken or tampered with (e.g. underwear or earphones)

These exclusions do not affect any rights you have in relation to faulty goods, nor mandatory statutory cancellation rights under local law. Sale items still have full statutory rights where applicable.

Condition of returned items: For returns under our 30-day promise, we may refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, staining, pet hair, smoke, fragrance, deodorant transfer, or other use inconsistent with trying on for fit. We may also refuse returns where tags are missing or the item is not packaged to protect it in transit. For statutory cancellations, we may apply a lawful deduction for any diminished value rather than refusing the return outright.

Refunds: For 30-day returns, once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process any approved refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received the refund, please contact us at hello@aetherisofficial.com.

For statutory cancellations and valid faulty-item refunds, we will refund you without undue delay and within any mandatory legal deadline.

International returns: For returns from outside the UK and EU, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, we agree otherwise, or law requires otherwise. Any duties, taxes or import fees you paid are not refundable (unless law requires otherwise).

Your statutory rights: This policy sits alongside your statutory rights and does not override them. If consumer law in your country gives you additional rights or higher protection, those rights will take precedence. (UK and EU law make clear that statutory protections exist independently of any retailer's own return policy.)
